Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free international shipping to most parts of the world.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For certain countries, we collect VAT and duties in advance at checkout and remit those charges directly to the appropriate government authority.

In countries where this service is not available, your order may still be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
